Cannot connect to download samygo

Hi there

Im a newbie with regards to this I have followed the D series instructions to download the samygo app to my D6530 samsung tv I made a new account and i put the IP 149 154 159 134 as instructed it starts to download but then fails saying it cannot accept charractors or something like that is there been an update to this process or do i need to make more changes before i can download samygo.

Yes thats what it says as its loading then get a message about the characters and refef to samsung web site to explain it

I should learn to read the forums more... Have been trying all day and getting the Abnormal Title/Spcial Characters not allowed errors.

1 time I got an app called broken TV? I've reset and deleted everything now:(
