I updated the firmware of my ES6100 to version 1020 and now the Allshare does not recognize several MKV movies on my

I wonder if I have to downgrade the firmware of the TV and back in the old version that worked perfectly for me the Allshare

There is that possibility?

yes, it really happens with updates support by Samsung. That's why we do not recommend do any FW updates if your FW works good. FW updates do not give any extra stuff, just another limitation....
