Downgrade PS63C7000

Post by shandoosheri »

Hi, I have a PS63C7000 Tv having the firmware T-VALDAAC_1015.0 and i was hoping to downgrade it to T-VALDAAC_1008.1 to be able to root it but i cant find the zero firmware as in the T-VALDEUC firmware. So, Is there any way i can use to downgrade it or can i root its current firmware.

Thanks guys for your help in advance.

If you have (root) access to a computer with linux os you could try the manual h-m hack method, it should work with most fw versions
//UE40C6500 @ T-VALDEUC 3011 // rooted manual HotelMode style // PVR to NFS via 18MB on-the-fly sparse XFS //
FYI: you can close your ssh session with SamyGO with

Code: Select all

~.
If you can't fix it using dvct tape, you are not using enough dvct tape.

check if your console knows the commands for symlinks (ln -s) and ext3 fs creation, then it should work
//UE40C6500 @ T-VALDEUC 3011 // rooted manual HotelMode style // PVR to NFS via 18MB on-the-fly sparse XFS //
FYI: you can close your ssh session with SamyGO with
