Re: [App] Rooting E/F 1118, 1120, 2000.2 and 2221.0
Thanks for you reply Lord but I already did this
Its strange that the older version of samygo worked perfectly.

In your case the samyext4.img wasn't mounted correctly in his case it is.Lordbyte wrote:I had this problem too .. Root seemed to load just fine, like yours, yet nothing worked .. no FTP, no telnet .. no nothing ... like you.
After like a week of losing hair over this, I finally found MY problem.
samyext4.img in the SamyGO_data folder on the USB-stik was bad .. maybe it was corrupted, maybe not .. but when I replaced
it with a freshly downloaded copy, everything started working as intended.
Try it .. you never know
It's not strange at all. In previous root there was no "SamyGO_data" directory so users WERE NOT ABLE to make so many mistakes as they now cankipk wrote:Thanks for you reply Lord but I already did thisIts strange that the older version of samygo worked perfectly.

telnet is on port 23. It's like saying "Previous test was easier because I didn't fail it". Yeah but you didn't "pass" it either

and ssh on port 22

I do NOT support "latest fw" at ALL. If you have one you should block updates on router and wait for it to STOP being "latest":)

yes and if you have a Harmony remote you can access this menu by adding the display "Samsung UE55ES7080", Logitec has added factory and 3speed commands to their database for this device.
