"transfer channel list" option is not showing

"transfer channel list" option is not showing

bought UA48H6400AR recently. updated to latest firmware. I want to export channel list to USB. This is what I did:
1. Connected a USB 16GB formatted Fat32
2. Selecting USB source to make sure its plugged properly
3. Navigated to path "menu/broadcasting/channel settings"
4. The "transfer channel list" is not there
any suggestions?
