So we have a Samsung 3D Smart TV with the smart hub and all, however when we go on to 4od on the web browser, we cant watch videos as it says we need an upgrade, so when we go to upgrade the java or flash or whatever, it says downloads not supported. Does anybody know how to fix this?

Updates of flash on ARM devices (and TVs are ARM) are not supported by Adobe (flash provider) so no point in trying 
There is nothing to update TO 
There is nothing to update TO I do NOT support "latest fw" at ALL. If you have one you should block updates on router and wait for it to STOP being "latest":)
