One CI+ for both tuners of UE55HU7590?

Currently, I use one CI+ module (CAM) to decrypt HD+ on my new UE55HU7590. Unfortunately, it's not possible to use the CI+ for both tuners at the same time even it would be able. So, for instance, it's not possible to record one encypted channel while watching an other one. Of course it is possible for all other channel combinations with at least one free channel.
Samsung Service told me that's why the CI+ module is strongly assigned to tuner1. So it would be not possible to decrypt an other channel via tuner2.
Do you have heard about it? Is it true? If yes, is there any way to work around? Is there any setting for that within the setup menu or does it make sense to wait for rooting possiblity to solve it? Thanks in advance.
