Then you definitely have telnet on port 5023 If telnet on normal port doesn't work and/or you can't connect FTP it means there is problem with your SamyGO_data directory

According to said I did on the first page.samyext4.img file may be corrupted? usb only have these files in the folder SamyGO_data. How can I solve this.

The file is not corrupt but your USB might be Also you didn't say if you can confirm telnet on port 5023
