A few weeks ago, I noticed that there was a new firmware for our UE46D7090 available (1031.1) at the samsung website.
But after flashing it thru USB, I've had severe problems with casual recurring frameskips while watching 1080i material, provided thru one of the HDMI ports.
Even that other members of the family hardly noticed it, It was really annoying for me
.Trying to fix it using other settings (motion plus options), or a factory reset, simply didn't help.
After going back to a previous firmware (1015), provided here by the SamyGO-DNS, everything is fine again.
