Small issue - no true power off with consequence source - power. It just brings source window and does soft power off.

You have to be quick enough between source+power, but not too quick. About a big second (press power once source menu has finished its appearance movement) is fine. Else I may slightly increase allowed delay...

Ok, new version. Increased source+power delay to 2/3 seconds, and using another time function. Please try.
Should also support soft-off by HDMI-CEC device now

...except do not power off your HDMI device, or disable HDMI-CEC crap

Debug tells nothing, if you could be quick enough to catch log before crash please (cat /dtv/SoftPowerOff.log)
