This means it is not possible to modify it or...
Should I consider it as a closest model, such as UNxxC6900 LED TV T-VAL6XIBRC?

you should be able to find a firmware name like T-VAL.... in service menu from your model.
or you could enter the normal menu, go to help and select "contact samsung" there you can press down v to get to a second page where your firmware version sould be stated
or post a picture of your service menu start screen

In my model (UN55C9000) the correct sequence was MUTE + 1 + 8 + 2 + POWER

looks like no one tried yet...
your best bet would be the manual hotel mode hack where you build the hackdisk yourself with linux tools.
if this is successful you should be able to use most of the patches released
maybe you could send some files from your firmware (that you get after a hacking) to our devs / post them here to get further support
