Or you can use a 1T HD with no need to use other pen drive.
Remember you can upload to USB via SAMBA (I have mapped each of my TV as an HD inmy Desktop) and via FTP

How can I transfer from my PC to my 1TB HDD, currently connected to my TV? I am using FTP and I can"t manage to find the location of the HDD on the menu, once I connect to the TV. There"s no issue transferring files, I just can"t find the external HDD once connected.

EDIT: I have 2 usb ports on the TV. The sammygo drive is connected to the camera port (working fine) and the HDD to the other port.

Or you can map your Tv in the network ... \\TV-IP (drive letter).

Yes. Rooting itself requires cable. You can buy cables anywhere it's very simple You can even connect tv to computer

SamyGO non MST new version on my F8090, but I have no Telnet or FTP access.

What I have done:
swiched OTN Support off, SmartHub reset, factory reset, install SamyGO 10 times with
different USB-Sticks, but no Telnet, FTP or netcat access, not with LAN and not with wifi.
I tried to connect with my PC and Laptop but all without success, ping was o.k.

I hope somebody can help me Thanks.

Seems this rooting has a lot of trouble with items of the "upper class" samsungs. May be because
processorspeed or whatever; I tried 17 different Samsungs with over 400Hz (E, F, H) and it doesnt work in one case.
So, if you arent interested in waste your time with endless essays, leave this story and dont hope to
get back your "support fee".

It looks rooting worked Did you check telnet on port 5023 and/or netcat on port 4023 ?:)
