Digital TV Tuner does not get digital channels

Hello Everyone
I received my smart TV samsung UA55HU8500 from china .
Now i live in Israel .

I try to search for digital channels . but not success .
And when i try change the Tuner parameter to : S_TC

and Click OFF after 10 sec i switch On
The old parameter back to : S_DTMB
How can save different parameter to see why the tuner no find digital chaneels ...
