Probably. I see people that service changed it's CI model with CI+ one... If connections are same (and I believe it's same) you can.
But I don't know how could you close the back side of your TV since there is extra connectors but there is no hole for them.

Well, changing Maimboard would be possible I think. And I even think that would be enough. T-CON Board is Panel Specific, but takes the LVDS Input from Mainboard. That input is same for all devices, as I read from service Manual. Connectors are the same too.

I would suggest just changing Mainboard.

As B650 is 100Hz model T-Con needs more frequency related stuff. So probably it wont work on a 50Hz Panel. Just make sure you set correct paneltype in service menu.

I would say, DNIe stuff is all software based and handled by CPU. The mainboard gives out LVDS signal. Thats the pure image, nothing more, afaik.
