[FW 0000] T-ECPDEUC for es7000, es8000, es9000

Got an ES7000 fw T-ECPDEUC_2018.1. Downgradet to 0000. all OK.
Then I upgraded to T-ECPDEUC_2009.2. Problem: Now the Tv "reboots" turn off / ON every 30 sec.

How do I fix this error?

Bootloops on non-rooted TVs are not especially our domain, but maybe try to be quick enough to access service menu and do a factory reset.

Hello I have a question I have the model ecpdeuc-2015 t, I think you could do downgrade, is that correct? Thjen I saw that first you go down to 000 firmware and then put it interesting that I think is the version 2003.4 , is that correct? Where could I get off this version, the first page is the 000 but not to this the 2003.4
