Digital channels convert to Samsung PC editor

Dear reader,
I have a Samsung TV ue40h6240.
I put in the TV options cable/antenna to antenna menu.When I went to channel settings and the channel list
by channel transmission exported to USB stick.Daarna I opened the channel list on the PC in the PC editor and transmitters
renumbered in the order and saved it works fine.When I have the old channel list on the USB stick removed and
the new list to the USB stick gekopieerd. Toen I automatically update disabled the software.After the USB stick
placed in the TV and the new channel list exported to TV,put on cable back option antenna/cable from the menu
The stations were on my orderat the TV when favorites 1.Toen I had a few times with the remote transmitter
was changed again by each other everything.I dot know what I did wrong.
Hopefully someone knows a solution to this problem.

I read carefully this thread since today after having tried to sort channels according to my own crieria I gave up since it is a boring and time-wasting procedure: for each change 10 button presses... Enough!
Then I came across to the "Channel List Transfer" feature (page 15 user manual BN68-02694H-00). So I thought that maybe if it is possible to export a file containing the channel list and it is also possible to import it, there must be some channel list editor for easing the boring and time-wasting operation above mention.
So here I am in this thread. I read all of it, I read about Samy GO I read the post of member CommandOXT but I did not find any help at all from Samsung.

@begie Ziggo made a deal with Samsung to disable the menu option "Transfer Channel List->Export to USB" for digital channels. This was specifically done to prevent people messing up the order of channels Ziggo wants them to be in. A workaround is to set region code (local set) to a country other then NL or Benelux in the extended service menu. I set mine to Germany and was perfectly able to export and later import the channel list.

Sidenote: I lost al my apps when my TV tried to update. Should not really be a problem though.

With me in th? service menu at area code : ( europan) and gray (blocked ) .So who knows how regional code of the blockade get off.
