I must use skype root method because then I'll use oscam.

But oscam works only for firmware versions <= T-MST14DEUC_2130.0. Can I use alternative root method for firmware T-MST14DEUC_2130.0 ?

I don't know exactly the Oscam deadline FW version on H-MST, but I think it's much more than 2130...
Anyway, of course you can use other rooting method on 2130 (works on all fw up to 2780).

Ok, I upgrade firmware version. What is the way to upgrade it? Must I download firmware version and then install through USB?
Must data root USB be plugged or unplugged? Thanks in advance..

I did root with skype method, following this tutorial, but now TV can't connect to Router through WiFi. With data root usb unplugged, wifi works perfectly!

Exactly. Uninstall Skype, format USB and follow other method from scratch.
