[App] More TV channels on E/F/H series

One small issue:

From OnlineTV guide when we go to the top category and press up button one more time the menu stuck (you can't navigate between the categories).
The only way to restore it back is to restart the App

I know, but I don't have a motivation to it fix Maybe now is time for it

I attached some fix in Now on TV - GUIDE (Main2.js script)
Usage:

• 1. Unzip archive
  2. Replace the Main2.js script in the main OnlineTV directory
  3. Run or restart the OnlineTV app

Changelog:

• Fixed bug with add hour for timezone
• Slightly improved time data generation

Everything seems to be fine.
I can see better performance, the guide categories are fixed, about timezone I have changed my script to not fix time offset so far I think is OK.
What's left, taking the categories from tvlist right?

Sorry, but is't for me so obvious
I want to first fixed and modify the OnlineTVChanList app and then adjust OnlineTV for category form a TvList.xml file.
Maybe yet tonight I'll try to make one more amendment that temporarily you should do it

I open for testing let me know when you have something ready. I have forgotten about this issue, when you press guide on normal channel then when you go back to OnlineTV channel you can't use the colour buttons with the app.
