You don't need "a linux", only FTP/Telnet clients are enough. Just beware that if your TV firmware is above 1042, access to rooting method requires donation.

Regarding to the wifi, I need remove it because it's ruin my wifi router, no matter the channel.

I'm thinking in unscrew the back panel and remove the power cable but may be there is a wonderful lib to do it via software

There's no "good image", picture settings depend on each one taste, just play with them until picture suits YOU.
Anyway I'm not sure enough that "images" are compatible between firmwares. So I'm afraid you have to do something manual first.

Not sure you get it: lib needs root, root needs donation, donation is up to you. I don't twist your arm and I'm not any kind of seller.
You just won't be able to use any lib before having root.

About wifi, simply plug an ethernet cable and use wired network, it automatically disables wifi. Otherwise unplugging wifi module remains a good solution imho

Finally I've set the ES6500 values in my ES900 as zoelechat told me and seems to work

My tv image quality has back of course I have to tunning it but at least pixels has gone and all features has back, no more freezes
