Yes it's blockable but ONLY for those who block updates. Best is to disconnect from the internet.

I start to hate Samsung... I can't beleive why the f*ck I upgraded to latest firmware. If I only knew before about cinashit
Hope a solution for my j4500/zf will come soon.

Yes, it's enough if you block update. Best is by disabling inet access to device
