If it still does not work, check your pen drive for damage.
I've had two flash drives ruined by the TV for the past 5 years.

And for those who still have this issue you can try next solution:

I had this issue too, FIRST Try to fix it simply by UNPLUG and PLUG the USB stick with freshly copied SammyGo

If not helps use this procedure:

1.) Connect your SammyGo USB stick
2.) Perform Factory reset from service menu, perform factory reset from normal menu (if have) - all resets possible
3.) install 0000 Firmware (search on forum or I have some)
4.) install 2126 Firmware (or perform auto-update if works)
5.) remove your SammyGo USB stick

if does not help:

6.) re-root your TV with SammyGo USB than remove your USB stick

last chance:

7.) manually delete all SammyGo files by SSH or FTP???

I have exactly the same problem on UE55H700 with firmware T-MST14DEUC 2900. Is there any other solution without rooting the TV?

Also rooting the TV is not a solution... I lost few weeks on this issue and I did not solved it.

I did try everything I found except SammyGo USB stick. I did firmware downgrade to 0000, 2130 and back to 2900. Many factory resets including smart hub reset. What I found is that in "develop" mode I can install apps. What I need is just netflix and youtube apps. That is all. How can I solve it? I have no idea. In diagnosis I get Errr08007 code. When I try to install apps I get 3010 error.

You are in a better situation than me. I have no access to Samsung Account (grayed out).
I suggest you contact Samsung center. They have a service FW that solve your problem.
I have it for my TV but unfortunately the upgrade process to my TV stops at about 30% and the upgrade fails..
