Options are saved immediately as soon as you chage them.
Switch off TV and you are done.
You can navigate with the arrows and use the OK to enter the new section.
With arrows you also change settings, pay attention to what you do.

All Good! TV back to normal. Special thanks to notengo13. Your information was invaluable in helping me get this set back to normal. I won't be playing around with the service menu anytime soon. That thing can really mess up your tv if you don't know what you're doing (I didn't). Again, a shout out and thanks to nontengo13 for saving my butt.

Thanks Miazza. You are sooooooo right. "...pay attention to what you do" The littlest change can completely brick your TV. Take a picture or write down every setting you change and remember the original setting.
