I found this manual on the internet. You can use google translator if you need. After you identify your wires (tx, rx, and GND), make VGA connector according info on the wiki (Cable for C series is suitable for D series). (if CA-42 is used, only part of connection to VGA is needed):
VGA male (you have to use)
Pinout Front:
Pinout Back (to solder wires from CA-42 to back side on VGA male socket, use this):
