Start samyapp only once. Do not play any movie until you start samyapp. Just after.

Look at samy-app config file. Here you can set PVR, DTS, Energy Saver, audioSwitch to on/off. You do not need any separate app.
To have apps started with TV you need patched firmware, right samygo.sh file and gdbtrick or injectso.
