I believe the main Firmware patcher is V1 for all compatible firmwares. There is no V2 patch developed yet for 2005.0 - only for previous version - so you have applied patch to wrong file. 
I don't know what effect that "bad" version will have but it would be safer to remove it. [An upgrade will put the bad version into the backup partition, so I suggest the safer process would be to revert to previous version, then upgrade to flush the bad version from the system.]
Note there is a V2 Game-fix for 2005.0 which you can try without patching firmware, but it's not posted in downloads, only (AFAIK) in this thread:

Note the "non-ci" version is for 65xT2W, there's a separate version for T2P models.
