From my experience with C-series there is some setting other than info_link country in Service menu dictating the regionalisation of TV.

eg I have UE40C8000XKXXU, built for UK market: options UK & Ireland in Dish/Country menu, and BBC iPlayer widget etc in internet@TV

I also have UE32C6880 built for Swiss market, but "converted" to UE32C8000 in service menu and with info_link changed to United Kingdom. BBC iPlayer is now good in internet@TV, but Dish/Country still has no UK options, only central Europe.
