The last problem was, that the backlight on the tv was really dark on screens which had no white colors in it. On screens with white colors the backlight got regulated back to a good value.
I could finally solve the problem by manually adjust the values from ADC/WB -> ADC Result to the one which I noted from a others (same model) tv.
The important thing is, that I have at least the success message back
I think the manual adjusting is possible also needed by samsung for fine-tuning
