this is samsungs interpretation on "multilingual support", similar to usb2.0 certified -> means in korea no usb1.1 devices supported.

This depends on the channel. Some are in UFT-8. May be these are "raw" data of the tv stream.

@Spoza: I've a problem with your recording information 20120222191403. The duration seems to be 00:00:00 ???
Can I have a screenshot of your TV info screen or some more information about this recording?

I see, the raw data it is I guess...
Regarding the recording duration - I took the INF while recording was still going on, that's why the duration is zero. It's set only after finishing the recording I guess.
Which fields? I've found that category is encoded in Little Endian Unicode?
Now this field contains the correct encoded value.
Samy PVR Manager GUI 0.8 beta is available for download.

Problem remains with the title - it's written on 2 places in the INF, once in Little Endian and once in Big Endian :-O.
I added some extended characters to a title - look at the attached screenshots, they show the problem.
And there is something wrong with the Info as well - when I add some "Info" text to a recording which did not have any, it doesn't appear on TV (after pressing INFO on remote in the recordings list). Maybe it's not enough just to write the text to the right offset, but some flag needs to be written somewhere as well?
You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.
Title encoding is fixed. (version 0.81) For testing purposes I leave the "raw"-title unchanged. I've never seen this title on TV.
Related to the "info-available-flag" I need two Inf-files from the same channel. One with Info and one without.
