According this wiki article:
wiki.samygo.tv/index.php5/UnBricking_TV_by_EEPROM_Reset#Reseting_NVRAM_.28EEPROM.29
Try to make NVRAM (I guess it could be M_NRESET) reset, connect it with GND as wiki suggests and keep it about 20 sec with powered TV (join pins on unpluged TV and keep holding).
Warning: I don't know if this helps you or bricks tv totally. Make on your own responsibility, we never made this on your tv model and don't know about consequences. I can be wrong, could be, this connector is not what we think is for...

BTW, here is another shot what you could try before to start eeprom reset procedure:
viewtopic.php?p=28933#p28933
Despite its for B series, the principle should work for other series as well. Mainboard starts without video card (t-con) and after you plug the connector you should see what you need to see :-)

Okay, so already tried the second method you suggested, didn't work.

What is the worst that can happen to the TV in case anything goes wrong with the first method?

According to the wiki article, we are supposed to connect the SDA with the GND.
But from what I could gather, it says not to connect the GND to VCC. And isn't the NVRAM the VCC?

Someone please help!!
Tried short-circuiting almost all holes with the help of a technician from Samsung. No go :(
According to the technician, M_NReset only resets the settings but not the EEPROM.
Please help me guys, because this motherboard is not available in my country :((
