i can not reach smarthub. it try to start but it failed.

how can i make a full debug log ( is there a sort of list for this)??

what i can tell you now:

tv is starting
blank screen for 10 seconds.
show source and resolution.
in the right upper corner text "start" blinking
and after a few seconds more tv is switch to standby again

Was checking in the service menu and get it done to switch of the watchdog.
Is there a complete list of the service menu

try again to fix the tv.

is it possible to switch of the smart hub from the service menu. so i can test if that is the problem

or is it possible to update the firmware from the service menu with my usb attached.

Service menu is just service menu...
As you cannot access software update menu in normal mode, i don`t know any other solution to get TV forced to upgrade procedure. Sometimes While TV is off, just after power it on, keep Source on RC together with Source on touch pannel (with latest firmware on USB), perhaps this forces TV to start upgrade procedure. It works on A and B series, but i have doubts about such rudiment way on D series (pitty...). But you can try...

i try both source nothing happend.

checked also on a dutch forum and i see more and more people coming with this problem. all with automatich updates.
i have to wait now till next tuesday for the service engineer

2 think may hapend :

1. update did not wrote secure mac data into flash, so when exeDSP starts, authuld kick the tv.
2. authuld check wrong parition and as they dont match it shut down the tv.

in my case i had 2nd one on C8000 , when i had same version on both paritions , tv was working , as loong i update another firmware that is not matching to 2nd parition tv authuld will shutdown the tv, for C8000 tv solution was manualy flash each parition using usb hotplug, as during device was busy, authuld did not shut down the tv.
this is removed by samsung at d serie, it is not a solution for you.

also it is not acceptable to wait 2 weeks for service, contact your dealer and bring tv back request replacment tv during service as it was not your fault!.

today the service engineer was here.

only solution he has was to change the motherboard. now the tv is working again.
he say that in the near future they can acces your tv from another place to solve this kind of issues.

on this motherboard there is the latest software version on it. and now the auto update is switch of.
