I looked FFMpeg passthrough documentations. It says, if device support it, send encoded data to device. It sound like PCM to me. Can't we alter DTS packets and process as PCM packet (using PCM packet functions) and send Optical Output? Is optical output of DTS has special identifier packet for identify DTS stream? Or DTS system automatically detect dts stream from raw stream? I don't know much about optical systems but thinking that could be possible.

There is no work on DTS right now and if there is any DTS hack available on this TV's, we don't hide that.
In electronic world, there is nothing impossible. But it looks hard to implement DTS thing to my eye...
