the case is covered under warranty. what money they are talking about? it is not yours business the price. theirs.

haha Im from sri lanka , dealerships are different here, the warranty is over anyways, that was a costly defect

I dont know how much does it cost shiping to shri lanka, here in europe it is possible to buy used mainboard for ~80Euro. New m/b is sure much more expensive.
BTW, you can upgrade your TV to D6500/D6750 if you will make mainboard replacement. It costs same price, but you get extra functionality for those money. Think about that before to buy.

btw, if you think it started to restart after upgrade to 1019, you should try to downgrade.

wow thanks juuso for all your help. well I tried numerous times to downgrade inalled samygo setup the dev account but always got he resource error 808,608 for todays nd I gave up. is hard to talk about getting a different board for my tv with these guys

and If I get to upgrade whats the board you suggest?
