Here i had the same problem two month ago. I solved it with help of Erdem_ua. Read this topic and if You have any questions ask. I can say, that you need bml2, bml4 and bml5 dumps from working your model TV.

Easily you can restore partitions by adding them to USB as firmware upgrade. Just rename as described.
