possible to wait for first popup, switch it off and then exit? or exit after some timeout. This approach could be better and more universal from tv to tv.

well there is no way to detect popup at least i dont know of one. sleep + exit in vusb.init is the only way right now i guess

sleep 5 + exit done. lets wait for testers.

just came to my mind... maybe its possible to use /dtv/usb/usblog and check for changes. like when vusb is added to usblog then send key_exit

same tv, different behaves. last few hours trying to catch best timeout but result is very unpredictable ad unstable

hmpf. even if we patch exeAPP/DSP in vusb.init to temporay disable popups, after what time restore that patch? same problem as w/ sending rc keys.

we could take screenshots and run some image analysis tool that detects popup windows

first 120 sec after start of patch is enough. Or ok, with reserve 180 sec. I can`t imagine normal tv boot where Extensions couldn`t start within 3 minutes. After this time popups can be enabled.
