[App] ChannInfo patch for C series

its just a little bit slow on start.

It's complicated patch (multiple places in memory to find) so it won't be much faster. Finding the right place to change is hardest part of reverse engineering C series

For me it is fast enough.....together with the other samygo scripts, mounts, all sectroeyer's apps, etc, TV is ready in less than 30 secs.

Funktion is great. You made a good job. It works fine with

TV: UE37C6800 and Firmware - T-VALDEUC 3011.

Maybe you or someone find a solution to minimize the time to start the app. (2-3minutes...)

This single patch starts 2-3 minutes on your TV? Can you try running it manually with time command?

Or maybe you mean the time before the command is execute automatically after TV restarts? If yes then it is not related with patch and with SamyGO extensions and with the init scripts (99_...) which means it starts after everything else is already started

finally one develop that do things for c series thanks for these great patch.tried on 3008.3 3011 3018.1 and it works well.
Is possible to have the pvr unscrambled patch updated? it works well on 3011 but o newer firmware it seems to starts but generates only 0kb srf files?

it means the time before the command is execute automatically after TV restart.
You are right, I think I use a lot of other scripts which which are first.
After the loading of channel info is done, it is working without any waiting time.

I am use also firmware 3011 due to the "pvr unscrambled patch" An update is interesting for me too.

The script execution time is determined by the number at the beginning of *.init files. Just remember that if chaninfo crashes something important you will not have an access to your TV if you put this script as early as 01*.init 99 is just the safest place

You can rename startup script to be executed before samba/apache/nfs, services which require time. 99... was safest place to get time if exeDSP hungs. But you can run it right after telnet script, rename to 02_01_ChannInfoON.init

Thank you. I like this app. With changing of it?s name, I need to wait only a short time after the Samy is switched on.

Some other problem:
Some of the German channels give not out directly a channel information with the fitrst channel surf. The second channel surf make no problem. Push the info button show it also directly.

Is it posible to integrate a short ms waiting time till the channel info screen is open?
Maybe together with the "STFU patch"?
