Finally for what so ever unknown reason the install widget apperaed in SH and immediately I installed the hack... perfectly working.
I did not change anything in the last two days and the USB pen was plugged in TV just waiting for a miracle .... it happened
I have to report that oscam was still there but not working... the reason was that liboscam.so and SamyGo.so were not anymore present.
The only explanation is the the last SH update deleted the two files.
I restored the files with chmod +x and now everything is back .
