i have new version found.

1. Start TV in normal mode
2. INFO_FACTORY_inv.wav
3. INFO_FACTORY_inv.wav after that you can change localset

Fromm were did you get INFO_FACTORY_inv.wav file?

These waves have nothing specific to H series (see they've been packed in 2012) and work with all series (at least from C).
I wonder which ones you were calling "old version"

i don't have android mobiles but you can testing ir software fron google play IR blaster or other one
you must prog the app with only factory button with Pronto codes 1. Start tv in normal mode
2. push the info button on remote
3. an after that on your Note3 the factory button
and
you come in the secret Menu
for set the Localset

Great! Worked on my 55H6700.

I used this app (link to Google Play): Samsung IR - Universal Remote.
Created a custom button, pasted the code above (for clarity, excluding the first line), and followed djlex's instructions.

After his step 3, my TV turned off and then immediately back on displaying the service menu, with "Local Set" visible and editable.

thanks! It worked, LocalSet was visible and I could change it.

I also used the samsung universal remote app for android, for the factory button.

I programmed custon button with:
I copy all excluding the first line (see above)

After this, I power on tv in tdt mode, press info and after press custom button but nothing happened!!

Any ideas?
