Show header of your binary. Is it really arm compilled? Perhaps your helloworld runs on your ubuntu?

Are you saying it doesn't work just because there's no output? Did you check in media player if you can seek movies by set values with arrows, after patching? Also better use Telnet instead of Putty...

I tried, without reboot and with reboot. Putty is best solution

I don't advise you to use Telnet because it's my preference, but because of potential issues with Putty such as the one you're having
