Personally i don`t think we need some kind of tuning.
IMO the content is important, not the make up.

Guys, can you make the search usable?!
When I try to search for e.g. "samba", it refuses the search saying it's a too common word... this is plain stupid in a forum like this...

I'd like to see the number of "new posts" increased. When I click "View new posts" I only get one page... not good, when you have been away for a few days!

Whats about an "THANKS" button for each post?
This keeps the thread clear and gives respect for the work or an usefull post.

I tried to install 'thanks' button addon recently, and It corrupts forum. Needed to reload forum site from backup results 1 hour down time.
It changes many files and database. I think it doesn't really stable or compatible...

something like "members only spoilers" / login to show spoiler would be nice, more and more members post their configs and logs that may contain stuff that is only relevant for troubleshooting for other members and not for "the whole internet"
