Even if it's not E widget, it should appear in Smarthub if uploaded at the correct place. Maybe it's incomplete, corrupt or encrypted.

You should be able to, except if you created it at the wrong place. Anyway no matter if you don't delete it.
Btw, you said you've seen "SamyGO" somewhere, what was its full path?

I created under the user folder and restart filezilla after I saw that there was samyGo folder installed by smart tv.
However, the path is: / mtd_rwcommon / widgets / user / SamyGO.

It means /mtd_rwcommon/widgets/user was already existing, so no need to create it (user/user ??)
Just copy your widget folder to /mtd_rwcommon/widgets/user, no need to create "user"

It WAS here, even if you didn't see it. Else no SamyGO widget=no root. Anyway if copying widget here doesn't work, that probably means your widget has something wrong. So no idea then.
