If the camera has rtsp h264 streams you may be able to view it on an iptv app on the tv. What kind and model of camera do you have?
@Sectroyer: about your suggestion: do you mean you can run ubuntu with X in a chroot and connect to it via vnc on the tv? Where do I get the vnc viewer from?

I don't actually know if the iptv apps on samsung TVs support RTSP, but I think they might. One other idea could be to use your phone to view the stream and use Screen Mirroring on the TV to push the video to the TV. The downside is you can't use your phone in the meantime...
Anyway, you first need to find out if your camera supports RTSP (I couldn't find anything deffinite on the net).

anyway smart iptv ask me 6 dollars to use it not free.I think I give up.

Do you think I have the right to send it back to samsung.I'm still in warrant period.I never see tv and I used only for that.
