Hey , it is possible to update to firmware of other region? I am now in EUR region , and I want update to Asia region.

I have the 48" UHD 4K Smart TV UE48JU6472 (Europe model) with the current firmware v.1202 and I have issues with my external HDD and pen drive. Since it updated the firmware, folders freeze and my mp3 files cannot be played. What is the latest firmware version to the UE48JU6472 model. Thanks!

I flew firmware after Factory Reset. After turning on the TV - lit splash SmartTV, LED flashes 4 times and on a dark screen.
May suggest to restore the firmware? And my actions are those?
1. Record on USB-Flash (FAT32) firmware
2. insert into USB 2.0 TV
3. Press the TV off button "Source" and wait (wait approximately how many?)?

PS: I think I need a firmware 0000 for my TV
