Guys, you know not why you are on this board?

Because Samsung is secret of changes in firmwares so this is perfect place to collect firmware history and changes so to discourage from updating to latest firmwares as there are no new features.

JS8500 firmware has updated to 1471.2 today. Not sure if HDMI-CEC or anything else has been fixed.

J6300 also received update today to 1471 firmware. I updated of course.

That firmware update didn't solved anything (at least for my UE48J6300). I still have the HDMI-CEC problem.
There should be any way to restore the TV to its default settings (like an samsung phone with the "factory reset" /:).

Hello everybody!

My J5500 keeps forgetting the channel list from about update 1460(now I'm on 1471(the best would be to downgrade to 1450...)).
Until 1450 it worked well.
Now when I load the channel zip from USB, it sets my channel list until I turn off the TV.
After a powercycle, the channel list goes back to the channel list made by the "first setup".

Do you have a solution for this problem?
How to ask a solution from Samsung? Thank you!

Only option is to write in samsungdforum for developers as official samsunshit support is a joke.

I reported the bug to Samsung on their bug bounty site on Dec 24, and forwarded to the responsible team on Dec 27.

P.S.: Version 1480.4 came out on Dec 19.
Still not OTA updateable, only downloadable from Samsung website.
