Re: [!!!] Rooting H on latest firmwares

Hi, perhaps a on-the-surface question, but still valid.
Owner of a H6400 which came with T-MST14DEUC-2790.1, gone through 0000 and now on 2130.0. I liked the revised Smart Hub nav-bar they have going in the newer firmwares so going back was kinda blend, hence thinking of going with 2781.0 for the hack. My only intention for rooting the thing is to gain temp access to ftp in order to mix-n-match catch-up and on-demand widgets from multiple regions. Both this new method as well as the old Skype (which Skype's now being booted as of June 2nd) one seemingly insist on keeping the rooting USB plugged in at all times.
My main question is, if I just need root temporarily to mix the widgets (by switching Smart Hub country a bunch of times and backing them up in-between), is it really a problem if I remove the USB and remove the SamyGo widget as well after being done with 'the project' ? Or I'm just better if side-loading widgets via 'develop' using the apps from SamsungApps List thread? Thanks a bunch.
