Yes, my first problem is that it doesn?t support PVR and another problem is, that it has no wifi. I read about the second rooting method and the post says that it only works with wifi..

Yeah it does. I was sure your model DOES support wifi but maybe it doesn't. Who knows
simply try switching to wifi and see what happens

I started the rooting app from the smart hub, it installed something, but after a reboot nothing happens. I tryed to patch the files on the usb device with the patch.sh file (i?m on mac osx) and it does something. Now I plugged my usb device back into the TV and wait... I think that nothing happens.
I will try again tomorrow, becouse I?m running out of time.
But thank you for your help and I hope you can help me tomorrow too!

Second try today and..... nothing happens. I need wifi I think. Is there another way to root my TV?

No, you ONLY need to switch TO WIFI. It doesn't matter if you have wifi, or NOT
simply check that
Also post photo and log(s) (CORRECTLY). That always helps

But if I try to switch from cable connection to wifi in the settings menu there is only a message which says, that I need this USB wifi device from Samsung. When I press OK the message disappears and cable is enabled. Or is their another menu on the TV where I can setup something.
I will try again and post the logs after I found a way to enable it

i was on 2770
rooted with new method
downgraded to 2130
removed old root per instructions
tried skype root
now tv gets stuck (not responding to remote) in first 5 seconds
otn off
watchdog off
connected with cable
Dont have the photo of rooting but everything seemed ok

After resetting the TV restarts.
Then turn off the TV, Enter the service MENU (info->menu->mute->power).
Disable OTN-support!!!!
Customize everything from the beginning. And Skype.
Then turn off the TV, turn on the USB.
Turn on the tv and install SamyGo. ...
