True for E/F but not for H where USB is needed whatever method you use

Actually people downgrade mostly for Oscam to work, but the only worth reason imho is to get back non-greyed OTN support...

i'm rooted now and can unplug USB without any problems on my H-Series.

If your way to check root is Telnet on 3x23, sure there's no problem, but also no nothing

I can Telnet and SSH to my TV, so I'm rooted, right?
And can I remove my USB Stick on H-Series with 2130 and Skype Method or not?

If ssh on 22 and Telnet on 23, right.

But you are allowed to insert MORE USB sticks

Plug as many as you want. For me it works best with more than 6
