jinkazama, I used the method using the Hex codes. We then cut and pasted to App called IR remote control under option create Command. For this bit, I used my son's Galaxy Note 4 and at the same time pressed 'Info' on tv remote.

Bear in mind that although you can change the Country, it only gives you options of countries in Europe.

This was the App. Do you have an Android phone with IR?

Yes, i've used a Galaxy S4 with another app but not using "Info" but entering service mode after pressing Factory + 3speed.
Can you link me the hex codes you've used to do this, thank you.
I need to set it to italy

That's the opposite, you have to press factory+3speed AFTER entering service menu.
You wouldn't have made such mistake if you had followed advice to use info+factory from the beginning :)

Thank you guys, i've used INFO+Factory method and i've changed my regional setting
DJB check your tuner setting, i have S_TCS2 and i can view all HD channels also after resetting my tv and retuning all channels.

Yes, but your HD channels are broadcasted in DVB-T, not DVB-T2.
TCS2 means DVB-T, DVB-C, DVB-S/S2.

Is S_TCS2 default setting? I think i've not changed it...

Better not change this value anyway (high risk of brick). It's default on HU6900S, surely not on HU6900U which supports DVB-T2 (probably something like T2CS2 :) )
