Do you have some folders in /mnt?
What are you using as Telnet client?

Yes, I have folders in /mnt.

I'm on Win 10, so I use Telnet.

So you have full root :)
Something's wrong with your Telnet connection (probably win10/firewall related, I don't remember...), try another client.

Just restart from scratch but no need imho, you should first disable Watchdog from service menu.

Just a thought: did you downgrade from higher fw version? If so, you should do a factory reset :)
(unplug root USB before)

Yes, I downgraded to 0000 from 2800.1, then upgraded to 2130.
