Disabling automatic updates via the user menu does prevent unintentional updates, but it's still safer to disable the function completely in the service menu.

No that's a lie :) We already had MANY users who had automatic updates turned OFF and samsung gave them "super cool" firmware update :P

Suddenly TV hangs with no response to any RC key and after power off with wire unplug I lost my root and have to run SamyGO widget one more time again, After that I gain root aceess to TV again. This problem occurred many times.
NOTE:I use USB based root method
Your problems is very simple:
This root works perfect on my E series TV(with latest firmware)
. It means OTN not disabled or were you "smart" enough to update manually to "latest firmware" ? :) Problems are always expected with "latest firmware" :) Simply do NOT update :)

But I did not update my TVs firmware at all. All of them are OTN disabled by me and someone before may update them(they are not brand new devices!)
I am already encountered with hangs in very old firmwares too (like 1020 in E series).
My question is why root access goes away suddenly and randomly?!
Do I have to use old method(without USB) to root my TVs with old firmwares (like 1020) instead of using the latest technique based on USB flash(for donors)? Does this way eliminate TV hangs and losing root access?

You can try but no hangs here :) Also you said it hangs only with "some widget" simply don't run this widget :) Also you didn't mention WHICH method you used for rooting your TV ? :)

Some suggestions:
-disable watchdog in service menu
-update samyGOso to latest (1.2.5)

When I was talking about "some widget", I mean TV behavior is unstable in almost every widget running, And not on my custom widgets! Specially those that use SWF files(Adobe Flash).
I used following method:
For E SERIES!!!! do this:....

ahh so the problem is with flash. Flash is made by Adobe. Adobe does NOT support flash on ARM :) Expect crashes :)
