With Portscan (
http://www.heise.de/download/portscan.html) u can test if root works.
If Port 21, 23 and more are open, root works.
Then u can try telnet with putty.

First you should try netcating on port 3123, 4023 and 5023

Well portscanning THOSE ports should also work

4023 should be open right? -> But still my ncat tells me: "An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host. ."
EDIT: Same result even when USB isn't attached...

I've tryed all netcat I've found but none of them worked

I do not know what to do now ... I think for today I will give up.
Tomorrow I will try another 3 USB drives

Well it's your LAN, nobody will be able to hack your TV just by knowing its IP inside LAN
